Final Push to Finish First Sterling Court Duplex
May 12, 2010
The first duplex of Sterling Court is nearing completion - the goal is to have it finished by Memorial Day weekend. The dedication of the new homes, planned for June 5, is a stirring, inspiring event that honors the spirit and hard work of the homeowners and volunteers. Please join us then to celebrate the joy and success the homes will bring!
There is still plenty to do before we're ready for that, though: We need your help in order to complete these homes! Work will start at 8:30 am and lunch will be provided; directions are in the article below.
We are so grateful for all the time and effort the volunteers have put into the duplex. Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed!

Horses for Houses Event a Big Success!
October 26, 2009
Despite the need to move to our rain date, the Horses for Houses Fall Festival and Horse Show was a big success! Many folks came out to enjoy the beautiful weather and watch the horses and riders in action. Vendors sold great crafts, Women Build offered baked goodies and hot meals, and the kids enjoyed face painting, homemade horse swings, and even painting a beautiful Arabian horse named Chris.
We would like to thank everyone that participated--sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and everyone who attended. All proceeds from the day will go directly to help us build homes in Warrenton this year. Thank you for your support!
